If the order is in the Sell direction, this situation can happen because the Ask price has not reached the T/P set price. The Ask price is the Bid price adding the spread, and the MT4/MT5/VT APP price chart is in Bid price. Even if the price on the chart seems to reach the T/P set price, the Ask price might not actually have reached it.
