When you set up ApplePay / GooglePay/Virtual Bank, it will produce a virtual card number to protect your privacy and security. As a merchant, we could only get access to your virtual card number, which is totally different from your physical card number.
The card number that is shown in your client portal is the virtual card that is used for the deposit (not the same as your physical card).
You may check your ApplePay / GooglePay virtual card number on the setting page of your Apple/Google Pay, (please refer to the screenshot below) or you may contact your card provider support to check and match the virtual card number that is used for the deposit transaction.
