To withdraw via Credit card/ Debit card, please log in to the Client Portal and follow the steps below.
1. After successfully logging in to the Client Portal, please click "Funds" in your left menu and go to the "withdraw funds" page.
2. Please select your trading account number and fill in the withdrawal amount and press continues.
3. Please click the "Add a withdrawal method" to select the card you would like used to withdraw.
* If you do not have the debit/credit card withdrawal option, it might be because you do not have a debit/credit card deposit record or your debit/credit card deposited amount has been fully refunded.
4. Once your your debit/credit card deposit amount has been fully refunded, other methods such as bank transfer will be available for you to withdraw the rest of your fund.
