If you have initiated a withdrawal to a permanently closed bank account card, and the withdrawal status shows as completed, you can consider reaching out to the bank for a potential solution, as each bank's protocol might vary from one to another.
However, if the account is no longer available, the funds will likely be returned to VT Markets, usually after 7 business days after the debit/credit card company refunded it to us. We highly advise you to contact and consult with your bank for the status of the refund.
